Job Summary :

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase IT projects.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets ensuring scope, timeline, and quality adherence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical leads, consultants, developers, and QA) to align on project goals and deliverables.

- Act as the single point of contact for client communications, expectations, and escalations.

- Conduct regular status updates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

- Identify and manage risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-implementation reviews and implementing lessons learned.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographies, including clients in the US and Europe.

- Ensure alignment with the Microsoft Solutions Partner ecosystem and maintain knowledge of updates and best practices.

- Champion the use of Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.

- Leverage project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello for efficient tracking and reporting.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers or project coordinators.

Key Skill Sets :

- Strong project management expertise in IT services and solutions delivery.

- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or other Microsoft Solution-based projects.

- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, and other PM software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Business acumen with a client-centric approach.

- Proven ability to manage distributed teams and international clients effectively.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
