Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative PHP & React Native Developer with strong expertise in building enterprise-grade ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable ERP, CRM, and HRMS solutions using Core PHP, MySQL, React Native, and Android technologies.

This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, deep understanding of system automation, and a passion for building robust, high-performance software products across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ERP applications using Core PHP (OOP), MySQL, AJAX, and React Native

- Build and enhance ERP modules including :

1. Finance & Accounting

2. Admissions & Lead Management

3. Examination & Fee Management

4. Learning Management Systems (LMS)

5. HRMS including Leave & Payroll Management

- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and native Android integrations where required

- Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and system scalability

- Participate actively in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Ensure clean, optimized, secure, and maintainable code following best coding practices

- Design and optimize complex MySQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning

- Perform feature refactoring, code reviews, and continuous improvement of existing systems

- Collaborate closely with product owners, managers, and cross-functional teams to align development with business goals

- Establish development priorities, timelines, and technical guidance when required

- Contribute to building a high-performing and collaborative engineering team

Technical Skills & Requirements :

Mandatory Skills :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Core PHP development (Object-Oriented Programming)

- Strong experience with React Native for mobile application development

- Working knowledge of Android application development

- Advanced proficiency in MySQL, database design, indexing, optimization, and query performance

- Experience with AJAX-based ERP product development

- Solid understanding of application architecture, modular design, and scalable systems

- Strong knowledge of system automation and workflow optimization

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git or similar)

Domain Expertise (Highly Preferred) :

- ERP, CRM, and HRMS product development

- Finance, Payroll, HR, Admissions, LMS, Examination, and Lead Management systems
