- Compensation & Performance : Work on complex compensation plans, incentive modeling, and sales performance management to drive business goals.

- System Integration : Integrate Varicent with key enterprise systems like CRM and ERP to ensure a unified data ecosystem.

- Support & Optimization : Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning to ensure the platform runs efficiently.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 7+ years of professional experience in Varicent development.

- Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Varicent ICM, including model configuration and calculation logic.

- Data Skills : Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.

- Domain Knowledge : Solid experience in compensation plans, incentive modeling, and sales performance management.

- Integration : Proven ability to integrate Varicent with other enterprise systems.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various business teams.

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to cloud-based Varicent versions (SaaS).

- Experience with migration from IBM Cognos ICM to Varicent Cloud.

- Varicent Certification is a plus.
