Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations and demonstrate deep expertise in SAP IBP Demand and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) modules.

The role requires strong technical and functional knowledge of forecasting, planning area configuration, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP solutions with a primary focus on Demand Planning and S&OP.

- Develop and configure Planning Areas, Key Figures, Time Profiles, Attributes, and Master Data according to business requirements.

- Design and implement complex scenarios using Key Figure Calculations, Attribute Transformations, and custom logic.

- Manage statistical forecasting models and implement forecast automation best practices.

- Leverage Demand Sensing techniques for improving short-term forecast accuracy.

- Build and customize Excel Add-in templates for planning processes and end-user interaction.

- Configure Planning Operators, Global Settings, and manage data flows across planning areas.

- Design and manage IBP security roles, using Permission Filters and Restrictions for controlled access.

- Collaborate with integration teams to set up HANA Cloud Integration (HCI) or CPI-DS for seamless data exchange.

- Engage with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation.

- At least 2 to 3 full-cycle SAP IBP implementations in Demand and/or S&OP.

- Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques, planning models, and IBP data modeling.

- Expertise in SAP IBP Excel Add-in, including template creation and end-user enablement.

- Experience with integration tools like SAP CPI-DS or SAP HANA Cloud Integration.

- Familiarity with SAP best practices, industry standards, and performance tuning of IBP processes.

- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Nice to Have :

- SAP IBP Certification (Demand / S&OP).

- Experience with other SAP supply chain modules (e., APO, ECC, S/4HANA).

- Exposure to Agile or Hybrid implementation methodologies.

Work Location : Onsite (Client Location).

Job Type : Full-time / Contract (as applicable).
