Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Defect Management : Accurately log, track, and triage defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.

- Domain Expertise : Apply your knowledge of e-commerce projects, including B2B and B2C business models, to create relevant test scenarios.

- Financial & Billing Concepts : Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial terms such as billing schedules, revenue schedules, invoices, payment terms, and month-end close to test financial functionalities thoroughly.

- Platform Experience : Utilize your experience with subscription billing platforms, preferably Zuora, to test and validate subscription-based functionalities.

- Communication : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure a shared understanding of quality goals and project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience working on e-commerce projects, with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C business models.

- Solid understanding of subscription-based business models and related financial terms (e.g., billing schedules, invoices).

- Experience with a subscription billing platform, with Zuora experience being a significant plus.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
