About the Role :

CloudAngles is looking for a talented Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant/Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse, and Azure DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies.

- Customize Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and ribbon commands.

- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse for data modelling and management.

- Develop and consume REST APIs, Web APIs, and third-party integrations.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical estimations.

- Implement deployment and release processes using Azure DevOps.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Follow development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development.

7. Power Platform (Good to have)

- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API.

- Experience in designing and implementing integrations with external systems.

- Understanding of solution management, deployments, and environment strategies.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
