Role : Microsoft Intune Engineer


Location : Hyderabad (Work from office )


Experience : 26 Years


Note : Immediate joiners preferred


Summary :


- Experience in Intune device enrollment and management, including Autopilot support, app deployment, and basic patch/update troubleshooting.


- Hands-on with Windows/iOS/Android/macOS, M365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access awareness, and Intune console navigation with basic AD tasks.


- Responsible for L1 supportresolving compliance, enrollment, app and update issues, assisting users, maintaining documentation, and escalating complex cases to L2.


Device Enrollment & Management :


- Basic understanding of Windows device enrollment through Autopilot/Co-pilot.


- Knowledge of Hybrid Azure AD Join and Azure AD Join concepts.


- Ability to assist users during Autopilot deployment and initial setup.


Application Deployment :


- Basic understanding of Intune application deployment (Win32, MSI, Store apps).


- Ability to troubleshoot app installation failures at a first level.


Patch Management :


- Awareness of Windows Update Rings and basic troubleshooting for update issues.


Microsoft 365 & Azure AD :


Basic overview of :


- Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)


- Conditional Access (understanding policies, not designing them)


- Licensing and device/user enrollment requirements


Platforms (Awareness Level) :


- Windows


- iOS/iPadOS


- macOS


- Android


Infrastructure & Tools :


Basic knowledge of :


- Active Directory (user/device management, password reset, basic admin tasks)


- Microsoft Intune console navigation and device management


- SCCM (awareness only)


- Exchange Online (basic mailbox management)


Responsibilities :


- Provide Level 1 support for Intune-managed devices


- Assist users during Autopilot/Enrollment issues


- Check device compliance, sync, and health status


- Escalate advanced issues to L2 team when required


- Perform basic troubleshooting for:


- App installation issues


- Compliance failures


- Conditional Access blocks


- Patch and update issues


- Maintain documentation and update tickets with accurate information
