Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect to join our leadership team in Bangalore, acting as the primary technical authority for our enterprise-wide cloud transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable cloud infrastructure, overseeing the end-to-end design and deployment of robust solutions.

You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, engineering leads, and cross-functional product teams to drive digital modernization, ensuring our platforms remain secure, high-performing, and cost-effective. Your work will directly influence our global business outcomes by optimizing cloud operations and delivering seamless, high-availability experiences for our internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the migration of legacy systems to hybrid cloud environments to improve operational agility and reduce technical debt for the organization.

- Design and implement secure identity management frameworks using ADFS and Office 365 to ensure seamless access control and data integrity across the enterprise.

- Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning by leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to accelerate deployment cycles and minimize human error.

- Manage complex IP networking and VPN configurations to maintain secure, low-latency connectivity between on-premises data centers and multi-cloud environments.

- Provide strategic technical oversight for Cloud Operations, establishing best practices for monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning to ensure 99.99% service availability.

- Mentor senior engineering teams and influence architectural decision-making to align technical roadmaps with long-term business growth objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale, multi-cloud architectures on Azure and AWS, with a deep understanding of cloud-native design patterns and service integration.

- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise ecosystems involving SharePoint and Office 365, ensuring high-level security, compliance, and user adoption.

- Advanced proficiency in networking protocols, VPN tunnels, and ADFS configurations, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot intricate connectivity issues in a distributed environment.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical leadership.

- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of leading high-impact infrastructure projects within a 15 - 20 year career span, demonstrating maturity and technical depth.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, balancing independent strategic planning with active, hands-on collaboration in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional certifications in cloud architecture and security.
