Job Description : Cloud Operations Support Engineer with expertise in AWS and knowledge of Azure Cloud to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on supporting AWS cloud infrastructures, including EKS, serverless architectures, and various AWS services like Cognito, App Stream, and Workspaces. The role also requires medium/expert-level knowledge of AWS Cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings such as EC2, Lambda, SNS ,EFS,S3,CDN,Route53,WAF,Shield, SQS ,SES and Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize AWS EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and other AWS services.

- Support and troubleshoot serverless and monolithic architectures on AWS.

- Work with AWS Cognito for user management and authentication.

- Manage and support App Stream and AWS Workspaces for virtual desktop infrastructure.

Automation & Scripting :

- Write and maintain Python, Helm, Ansible scripts for cloud automation.

Monitoring & Incident Management :

- Set up and manage CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and other AWS monitoring tools.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, App Stream, Workspaces, CloudFormation.

- Strong proficiency in Python, Helm, and Ansible for automation.
