Cloud Operations Engineer - AWS/Azure/GCP

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement automation solutions to streamline and improve efficiency of routine cloud operations tasks.

- Assist in resource allocation and monitor cloud infrastructure costs to optimize spending.

- Plan, implement, and execute medium-sized cloud projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of applications with cloud infrastructure.

- Implement and maintain security measures across cloud infrastructure to safeguard data and services.

- Ensure all cloud operations comply with established security best practices and governance policies.

- Identify opportunities to enhance cloud processes, tools, and technologies for better performance and cost-efficiency.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into cloud operations.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance as needed.

- Establish and maintain documentation standards for cloud operations and related processes.

- Ensure ongoing compliance with security and governance policies in all cloud solutions and deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of cloud automation tools and scripting (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, PowerShell, Bash, Python).

- Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud cost management and resource allocation strategies.

- Ability to manage and deliver medium-sized cloud projects independently.

- Good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience maintaining detailed technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools for cloud infrastructure (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK

Stack).
