Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, Site24x7, Grafana, and Log Analytics.

- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services for top-notch availability and performance.

- Analyze logs and metrics to spot trends, anomalies, and potential issues.

- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Cloud teams to enhance monitoring coverage and incident response.

- Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

- Document monitoring processes, configurations, and best practices for seamless operations.

- Provide clear communication and escalation during incidents and outages.

Qualifications :

- 4 to 7 years of IT monitoring and operations experience.

- Hands-on expertise with SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspace, Grafana, and Site24x7.

- Strong cloud and hybrid infrastructure understanding.

- Proficient in writing and optimizing KQL queries.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-900, etc.).

- Experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).

- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
