Cloud Leader - Azure/AWS Platform

Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Cloud Leader to build and lead our Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE) and drive enterprise-wide cloud transformation initiatives.

This role will be responsible for defining cloud strategy, enabling multi-cloud adoption (AWS, Azure), and delivering scalable, secure, and automation-first cloud solutions for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud migration, modernization, architecture, and practice building within IT Services or Managed Services environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Strategy & CoE Leadership :

- Establish, scale, and lead the Cloud CoE / practice

- Define cloud strategy, standards, governance models, and best practices

- Build reusable frameworks and accelerators for enterprise cloud adoption

- Drive innovation in cloud offerings and services

Cloud Migration & Modernization :

- Lead large-scale cloud migration and transformation programs

- Drive automation-led migration (factory model) for repeatability and efficiency

- Enable application modernization, re-platforming, and re-architecting initiatives

- Ensure minimal downtime and optimized performance during migrations

Automation & Intelligent Cloud Operations :

- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps practices

- Drive automation-first cloud environments using tools like Terraform, CI/CD pipelines

- Enable AIOps for monitoring, predictive analytics, and incident management

- Build self-healing and auto-remediation cloud systems

Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales :

- Design secure, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud / hybrid architectures

- Lead solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and enterprise deals

- Engage with clients for cloud advisory, transformation, and roadmap planning

- Work closely with sales teams to drive business growth

Governance, Security & FinOps :

- Define and implement cloud governance frameworks

- Drive cost optimization (FinOps), budgeting, and usage monitoring

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards

- Establish best practices for risk management and reliability

Team & Delivery Leadership :

- Build and mentor cloud architects, DevOps engineers, and platform teams

- Provide technical leadership and governance across delivery programs

- Manage delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction

- Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure) and partners

Key Requirements (Must-Have) :

- 10-18 years of experience in Cloud / IT Services / System Integration / Managed Services

- Strong expertise in AWS and Azure (multi-cloud experience mandatory)

- Proven experience in cloud migration, transformation, and modernization programs

- Strong background in cloud architecture and enterprise solution design

- Hands-on experience with DevOps / Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

- Exposure to AIOps, monitoring, and intelligent cloud operations

- Strong knowledge of cloud governance, security, and cost optimization (FinOps)

- Proven experience in team leadership, CoE/practice building

- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and pre-sales skills
