ITSM / ITAM Implementation Lead

We are looking for a seasoned ITSM / ITAM Implementation Lead with deep expertise in enterprise service management solutions, particularly in implementing and integrating platforms such as Atlassian JSM, Device42, Lansweeper, and cloud-based discovery tools.

This role is ideal for a technical leader who has successfully delivered multiple large-scale ITSM, CMDB, and asset management implementations and integrations in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design ITIL-compliant processes for incident, change, problem, and service request management.

- Define and implement foundation data templates and process standards.

- Drive the implementation of platforms including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Asset Discovery, and Data Manager tools.

- Integrate ITSM platforms with SIEM, SSO, SecOps, DevOps, and SAP.

- Ensure seamless integration of ITSM systems with patch management, EDR tools, and security platforms.

- Design and execute data migration from legacy ITSM/CMDB systems to modern platforms.

- Reconcile asset discovery data with existing asset management systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM) implementations.

- Strong command of ITIL practices; ITIL Certification is mandatory.

- Proven experience leading end-to-end project implementations as a Tech Lead.

- Hands-on experience with Atlassian JSM (Jira Service Management).

- Delivered 6+ JSM projects

- Experience in SSO integration and Atlassian Data Guard.

- Asset discovery and management experience with platforms like Lansweeper and Device42

- Successfully delivered 3+ projects with 2000+ assets each.

- At least 2+ years experience in EOL/EOS Management

- Experience in using platforms like Atlassian, Device42, or ServiceNow

- Experience in asset discovery on cloud platforms

- Working knowledge of integrating ITSM platforms
