Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Title : Infrastructure Engineer - Cloud & Systems (5+ Years).

Location : Gurgaon.

Experience Required : 5+ years.

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who will act as a key liaison between Infrastructure and Delivery Teams.

The role involves enforcing Cloud Services standards across global services and partners, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Investigate and resolve technical issues across Windows and Linux environments, including OS installation, LVM management, and server health monitoring.

- Administer user authorization and access control to maintain security and compliance.

- Deploy and manage servers on AWS and Azure (Linux & Windows instances).

- Manage cloud storage solutions (EBS volumes, partitioning, snapshots restore, etc.)

- Configure and manage firewall/security group settings in cloud environments.

- Develop, provision, and maintain servers using AMIs and CloudFormation templates for automation.

- Perform cloud migrations, including VPC-to-VPC instance migration.

- Set up and maintain AWS services like RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB.

- Implement and manage user access policies and permissions via AWS IAM.

- Perform Linux system administration tasks (file system, disk, and network configurations).

- Carry out patching, updates, and decommissioning of servers.

- Manage authentication and directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.

Required Skills :

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux OS administration.

- Hands-on expertise with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware preferred).

- Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and authentication services.

- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and system security best practices.
