Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Cloud Engineering Manager to lead enterprise-scale cloud engineering initiatives and delivery teams.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Azure and/or AWS, combined with leadership skills to drive architecture decisions, delivery excellence, and vendor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Azure and AWS environments.

- Define and govern cloud architecture and design patterns, including scalability, security, and reliability.

- Lead and manage cloud engineering delivery teams across multiple projects.

- Oversee end-to-end cloud solution delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance.

- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.

- Manage and coordinate with vendors and system integrators for cloud initiatives.

- Drive cloud best practices, standards, and continuous improvement.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management for engineering teams.

- Support cloud governance, cost optimization, and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1015 years of experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure, with leadership exposure.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure and/or AWS.

- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, design patterns, and integration models.

- Proven experience leading engineering teams and large-scale cloud programs.

- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party partners.

- Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.

- Experience working in enterprise or multi-cloud environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.

- Exposure to cloud security, governance, and FinOps.

- Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure Architect or Professional level)
