Cloud Engineering & DevOps Leader

Requirements :

- Experience : 15-20 years in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

- Domain Knowledge : Experience in broking, financial services, or high-volume trading platforms is strongly preferred.

- Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics or related field.

- Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving, cost-conscious approach, ability to work under pressure, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Skills :

- Cloud Platforms : AWS (Lambda, EC2 VPC, CloudFront, Auto Scaling, etc. ).

- DevOps and Automation : Python, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring/Alerting systems.

- Monitoring and Logging : ELK stack, Kafka, Redis, Grafana.

- Networking and Virtualization : Virtual Machines, Firewalls, Load Balancers, DR setup.

- Compliance and Security : ISO Audits, VAPT, ISMS, DR drills, high-availability planning.

- Leadership and Management : Team leadership, project management, stakeholder collaboration.
