Cloud Engineer - Terraform

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud solutions on Azure.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Chef, Shell Scripting.

- Work with technologies such as Java, Azure DevOps, and manage components like VNets,

storage accounts, and load balancers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture and security best

practices.

- Support and improve cloud infrastructure operations in highly virtualized, heterogeneous

data center environments.

- Communicate cloud concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Handle multiple priorities, tasks, and projects while remaining calm and focused.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong understanding of :

1. Cloud computing technologies, delivery models, and vendors

2. Azure administration and cloud infrastructure (VNets, storage, load balancers)

3. Data center architecture, infrastructure, and operations

- Experience with automation and scripting using tools like : Terraform, Chef, Shell Scripting

- At least two of the following : Java, Azure DevOps, Azure Admin

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and learn quickly under pressure.

- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand various perspectives.

Soft Skills :

- Strong situational awareness-knows what to say, when, and to whom.

- Focused and driven while maintaining interpersonal effectiveness.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
