- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, VCP, or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with hands-on expertise in Morpheus Cloud Management Portal. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Morpheus environments, providing high-level technical support to customers, and optimizing hybrid IT infrastructure.


The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, manage, and troubleshoot VM/KVM Linux Guest OS environments.

- Manage and resolve SQL database issues.

- Handle and troubleshoot Morpheus app and DB clusters, including internal/external load balancers.

- Work with various Morpheus architectures (Single-node, 3-node, Active/Passive, and others).

- Engage with customers via multiple channels to provide technical guidance and resolve Morpheus-related issues, including upgrades.

- Troubleshoot and manage related technologies such as MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.

- Gather business and technical requirements to align company deliverables with customer needs.

- Provide third-level support for complex issues and contribute to enterprise-scale solution implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, knowledge transfer, and customer satisfaction.

- Contribute to POC support, QA tasks, and advisory input for pre-sales engagements.

- Stay updated on Morpheus and related ecosystem technologies, adhering to company methods and standards.

Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Proven hands-on experience with Morpheus Cloud Management Portal.

- Strong knowledge of server virtualization and hybrid cloud infrastructure.

- Familiarity with SQL database administration and load balancer configurations.

- Experience with Linux systems administration (RHEL/SUSE) and troubleshooting.

- Understanding of cloud computing principles, virtualization, networking, and storage concepts.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem, and service request management).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a complex IT environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP public cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of private cloud technologies such as VMware, OpenStack, or Hyper-V.

- Familiarity with containers, automation/orchestration tools, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or Git).

- Awareness of cloud security protocols and best practices.

Certifications :

- ITIL Foundation or higher

- VCP (VMware Certified Professional)

- AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Certification
