TECHNOLOGY STACK:

Required skills & Tools:


- Responsibility for implementing and maintaining a set of Azure public cloud services (PaaS, IaaS), including all types of operating systems.


- Responsibilities also include ensuring an appropriate level of security, regular patching and vulnerability mitigation, and configuring network elements in Azure. Participation in the appropriate role in IT Service Management processes, cooperation with the team of cloud engineers and other teams in the IT Department at ERGO Hestia (architecture, security, DevOps, FinOps).


- Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing Azure cloud services


- Knowledge and experience in managing Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems


- Managing Azure cloud services using IaC (infrastructure as Code) pipelines with terraform


- Knowledge of ITSM process standards such as ITIL/COBIT


- Knowledge of DevOps working model and tools


Nice-to-have skills & TOOLS:


- Kubernetes


- Advanced Azure networking knowledge


Responsibilities:


- Managing public cloud resources (development, maintenance, reconfiguration)


- Coordination in the area of infrastructure creation, automation and maintenance through Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure automation/configuration (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell)


- Administration and configuration of operating systems (Windows, Linux)


- Support the architecture department in the design of new services and the modification of existing services for the public cloud environment used in the organisation,


- Create and develop monitoring of public cloud resources


- Recommend new solutions that will improve the performance of the current public cloud infrastructure services configuration.
