Level : Manager

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent formal training.

Must have - Primary Skills :

- Lead distributed engineering teams across geographies, driving delivery through influence, collaboration, and alignment.

- Platform / AI System Experience (5+ years) : Deliver platform capabilities involving integrations, APIs, AI-enabled systems, and data-driven platforms.

- Program & Delivery Leadership in SAFe/Agile (5+ years) : Manage delivery across multiple teams, including PI Planning, dependency management, and execution aligned to business outcomes.

- Stakeholder & Executive Communication (5+ years) : Communicate complex technical concepts effectively with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders in a global environment.

- People Leadership & Team Development (5+ years) : Build, coach, and manage engineering teams while fostering accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting complex cloud solutions on AWS, with a deep understanding of cloud-native services and cost-optimization strategies.

- Proven ability to script and automate infrastructure tasks using Python, coupled with hands-on experience in managing containerized workloads.

- Strong proficiency in modern DevOps tooling, including Terraform, CloudFormation, and SonarQube, to drive automated governance and compliance.

- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 9 to 16 years of progressive experience in cloud engineering and DevOps leadership.

Good to have skills :

- AI / Agent Platform Exposure (2 to 4 years) : Experience with AI-enabled platforms, agent-based systems, or knowledge graph technologies.

- GitLab / Developer Platform Experience (5+ years) : Hands-on familiarity with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflow tooling.

- Enterprise Integration Experience (3 to 5 years) : Experience integrating enterprise systems, APIs, and large-scale platforms.

- Data / Knowledge Graph Concepts (2 to 3 years) : Exposure to graph-based data models and knowledge representation concepts.

- Scaled Agile / ART-Level Leadership (3 to 5 years) : Experience managing work across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), epics, and cross-team programs.
