We are looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud-native environments, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability tools, along with proven ability to design, implement, and scale secure, reliable, and high-availability DevOps solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across cloud environments.

- Configure and administer Kubernetes clusters (GKE) including Helm charts and workload deployments.

- Manage containerization platforms (Docker) and optimize image build strategies.

- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, or equivalent tools.

- Collaborate with developers to implement deployment strategies for high-availability and high-change-rate application environments.

- Manage Linux system administration and networking within hybrid/cloud infrastructures.

- Implement and maintain cloud-native monitoring and observability using tools such as Splunk Observability, OpenTelemetry, and Synthetics.

- Drive automation, reliability, and scalability improvements across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability, security, and performance.

- Document processes, standards, and best practices for DevOps workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- 7+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

- Solid expertise in Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.

- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (GKE) administration, Helm charts, and container orchestration.

- Hands-on experience with Docker containerization.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD automation, preferably with GitHub Actions or Harness.

- Knowledge of deployment strategies (blue-green, rolling, canary).

- Proficiency in monitoring/observability tools (Splunk Observability, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).

Good to Have :

- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

- Experience with security best practices in DevOps (secrets management, IAM, compliance).

- Familiarity with scripting/programming languages (Python, Go, or Shell scripting).

- Understanding of site reliability engineering (SRE) principles.
