About the Role :


We are seeking a skilled Cloud Developer to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications that are scalable, secure, and performant. You will work with cutting-edge cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to create robust backend systems, APIs, and microservices that support our core applications and business logic. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in cloud-first environments and are passionate about automation, performance, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and services using [Azure / AWS / GCP].

- Build scalable RESTful APIs, serverless functions, and microservices architectures.

- Implement cloud-based storage, database, and messaging systems (e.g., S3, DynamoDB, Azure Blob, Pub/Sub, etc.).

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.

- Optimize application performance, cost, and reliability across cloud environments.

- Maintain and improve existing cloud applications based on changing business needs.

- Follow DevSecOps principles to ensure application and data security in the cloud.

- Stay updated with cloud trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#.

- Strong experience with cloud services like compute (EC2, Lambda, App Services), storage (S3, Blob), databases (RDS, Firestore, Cosmos DB), and messaging (SQS, Pub/Sub).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS).

- Knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, Google Professional Cloud Developer).

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep.

- Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., EventBridge, Service Bus, Event Grid).

- Understanding of serverless architecture and FaaS.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, etc.).
