Cloud Data Platform Solutioning Leader - Snowflake DB/Databricks

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Platform Solution Leader with deep expertise in Snowflake and/or Databricks to lead our enterprise data initiatives.

This strategic leadership role will drive innovation, create scalable cloud data architectures, and enable adoption of cutting-edge data platforms across industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and financial services.

The ideal candidate will blend technical mastery with strong client-facing skills, pre-sales acumen, and a vision for building high-impact cloud data practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead solution architecture and design for cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake / Databricks).

- Drive end-to-end cloud data project delivery - from solutioning to implementation.

- Collaborate with clients for pre-sales support and strategic discussions.

- Architect and implement data warehousing, data lake, and data engineering solutions.

- Develop reusable assets including pre-built accelerators and industry-specific use cases.

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with cloud and platform vendors.

- Represent the company at industry conferences, blogs, and thought leadership forums.

- Mentor teams and scale the data practice to meet business growth objectives.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Snowflake and/or Databricks - 5-8+ years of proven expertise.

- Strong background in cloud-based data architecture & solutioning.

- Experience in data warehousing, engineering, and data lake design.

- Client-facing leadership with pre-sales & solution consulting skills.

- Industry exposure in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or financial services.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Track record in delivering cloud projects at scale.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or equivalent.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience building accelerators, reusable components, and industry templates.

- Prior experience in vendor alliances and cloud partnership strategies.

- Contribution to community engagement - conferences, blogs, webinars.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP ecosystems.

- Proven ability to build and scale data practices within an organization.
