We are seeking a visionary Cloud Data Platform Solution Leader with deep expertise in Snowflake and/or Databricks to drive our enterprise cloud data transformation initiatives.

This strategic leadership role requires a combination of hands-on technical knowledge and client-facing solutioning capabilities.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable architectures, drive cloud platform adoption across industries, and build a market-leading data practice.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-based data solutions using Snowflake and/or Databricks.

- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to design scalable data lake, data warehouse, and analytics solutions.

- Support pre-sales activities by defining solution architecture, creating proposals, and conducting client workshops.

- Drive successful implementation of cloud data projects across verticals such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and BFSI.

- Mentor technical teams and contribute to the development of reusable assets and accelerators.

- Engage with cloud ecosystem partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) and build strategic alliances.

- Represent the organization in data community forums, conferences, and thought leadership activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of overall experience in data engineering, cloud architecture, and analytics

- 58+ years of strong hands-on experience in Snowflake and/or Databricks

- Proven experience in cloud-based data architecture, data lake and warehouse design, and cloud project delivery

- Strong client-facing experience, including pre-sales and stakeholder engagement

- Familiarity with multiple domains such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and financial services

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience in building and scaling data practices

- Development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and industry-specific solutions

- Engagement with cloud and platform vendors

- Public speaking, blogging, or community engagement in data and cloud technologies

- Familiarity with broader cloud ecosystems AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
