- Responsibilities

- SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration: Lead and execute full life cycle SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of finance and accounting business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization within the SAP environment.

- Module Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FICO, with significant experience in core modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and proficiency in related areas such as Treasury (TR/CM/LSM) and Taxation.

- Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM) to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other enterprise systems.

- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and act as the primary liaison between the business and technical development teams.

- Solution Design: Design and document detailed functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, and reports.

- Training & Support: Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure system adoption and stability.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 7+ years of total experience in functional consulting, with a strong focus on SAP FICO implementations.

- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of core finance and accounting principles, including IFRS/GAAP compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and controlling.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization, particularly in FICO.

- Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and the ability to link financial business drivers to technical system capabilities.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior management and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

- Exposure to non-SAP finance platforms or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

- Certifications in relevant SAP modules
