Responsibilities :


- Design, implement, and troubleshoot full-spectrum Azure services (including networking) to ensure applications run securely, reliably, and efficiently.


- Architect secure and scalable Azure environments covering compute, storage, networking, security, identity, and data services.


- Troubleshoot and optimize Azure components such as Application Gateway, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Front Door, VPNs, DNS, and routing.


- Configure logging, monitoring, and analytics (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Sentinel, Application Insights) for observability and compliance.


- Set up and manage Azure Site Recovery (ASR) for disaster recovery and business continuity.


- Drive cloud cost management and optimization (FinOps, tagging, rightsizing, reserved instances).


- Implement security best practices (RBAC, Conditional Access, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud, governance policies).


- Mentor and guide junior engineers when required, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications run reliably, securely, and efficiently in Azure.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree (Engineering graduates only).


- 9+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Azure cloud architecture/engineering.


- Deep hands-on expertise in all Azure services required to run applications, including networking, compute, storage, databases, identity, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery.


- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).


- Experience configuring Azure logging, monitoring, SIEM integrations, and ASR.


- Strong skills in cloud cost optimization and governance frameworks.


- Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.


Preferred Skills :


- Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert/Network Engineer Associate.


- Experience with AKS, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud.


- Familiarity with event-driven/serverless architectures.
