About Role :
Deliver product and technical presentations with potential clients.
You are required to have a deep understanding of end-to-end customer operations and work as a consultant to customers in identifying key business challenges and positioning the right technology solutions to address those business challenges.
You shall also work on long-term strategies to improve customer business operations through data management tools and services delivering continuous value to customers' businesses.
This includes playing a part in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, and blogs, and running workshops.
You won't just be part of an industry movement; you'll be leading it.
Must Haves :
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in Technical Post-sales and Delivery.
- Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Working knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools, cloud cost optimization tools, Containers, Terraform, and Automation Tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have :
- Prior experience in the cloud storage domain would be an added advantage.
- Account management and project management skills.
- Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role.
