Cloud Architect - AWS

Job Title : Cloud Architect

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office) | Full-Time

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Responsibilities :

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance AWS Cloud Infrastructure

- Ensure performance and reliability of database technology stack

- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting engineering teams

- Provide operational support for development, release, and production environments

- Demonstrate expertise in AWS cloud operations and management

- Drive continual improvement initiatives across complex software systems

Requirements :

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement

- Expert experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices

- Hands-on experience with AWS services : EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, RDS (Postgres), Elasticache (Redis)

- Knowledge of security and networking technologies (IAM, Load Balancing, Routing, TCP/UDP, TLS, WAF, Certificate Management)

- Experience managing and tuning Apache Kafka (AWS MKS) and Apache Flink

- Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, InsightOps, OpsGenie)

- Administration experience with MongoDB and Postgres databases

- Experience managing Jenkins CI/CD or similar technologies

- Familiarity with AWS ECR, ECS, Docker containers, deployment methodologies

- Proficiency in programming languages : Python, Go, Java, Scala

- Strong shell scripting skills

- Experience managing Linux systems with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

- Exposure to near real-time data ingestion (advantageous)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Current AWS Certification (Professional Solution Architect and/or Professional DevOps Engineer)

- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience

- Prior software development experience

- Minimum 8 years of demonstrated Cloud engineering/DevOps experience
