Cloud Application Architect - CI/CD Tools

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end technical architecture across frontend, backend, data, integration, and cloud infrastructure.

- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern technologies and microservices architecture.

- Lead the implementation of event-driven communication patterns using tools like Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring robust and automated deployment workflows.

- Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Deploy and optimize enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud (knowledge of AWS is a plus).

- Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align tech solutions with business goals.

- Drive best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and security.

- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and guide developers on scalable design patterns.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on software development experience with a focus on scalable enterprise applications.

- Strong full stack development proficiency:

- Frontend: React.js (Hooks, Redux, TypeScript preferred)

- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Python

- Database: MySQL, MongoDB (PostgreSQL or other NoSQL DBs are a plus)

- Experience designing and building event-driven architectures using:

- Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent.

Hands-on expertise with :

- CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (or similar tools)

- Containerization and orchestration: Docker & Kubernetes

- Azure Cloud services (Functions, AKS, App Services, etc.)

- Familiarity with AWS Cloud and Terraform is an added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring developers.

Good to Have :

- Certifications in Azure or AWS.

- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Azure Monitor.
