Cloud & DevOps Engineer (AI & Automation Platform)

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineer to join our AI Technology team and play a key role in building, automating, and managing enterprise-grade AI and RPA platforms.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS Cloud, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Python scripting, and modern AI infrastructure.

- This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RPA platforms, and enterprise automation solutions.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, improve platform reliability, and support next-generation AI-powered automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Infrastructure Management :

- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, EFS, IAM, Load Balancers, Route53, Security Groups, and Bedrock.

- Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure cloud infrastructure follows security best practices and compliance standards.

DevOps & CI/CD Automation :

- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern DevOps practices.

- Automate application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

- Build reusable deployment pipelines and infrastructure templates.

- Implement release automation and deployment strategies with minimal downtime.

Containerization & Kubernetes :

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).

- Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, ingress controllers, secrets, autoscaling, and service discovery.

- Manage Rancher environments for centralized Kubernetes administration.

- Troubleshoot container orchestration issues and optimize cluster performance.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

- Ensure infrastructure consistency across environments.

Monitoring & Platform Reliability :

- Implement centralized monitoring, logging, and alerting using Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.

- Analyze system performance metrics and proactively identify bottlenecks.

- Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.

- Build dashboards for operational visibility and platform health monitoring.

Python Automation :

- Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline operational tasks.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, system maintenance, reporting, and deployment workflows.

- Create reusable utilities for platform administration and support.

AI & Agentic Automation :

- Support enterprise AI platforms and Agentic Process Automation initiatives.

- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Build intelligent workflows using LangGraph and multi-agent architectures.

- Implement memory management, tool-use orchestration, and autonomous agent execution.

- Optimize prompts, retrieval mechanisms, embeddings, and vector database integrations.

- Collaborate with AI teams to deploy scalable AI applications in cloud environments.

RPA Platform Management :

- Manage and support enterprise RPA platforms including :

1. Blue Prism

2. UiPath

3. Task Mining

4. Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)

- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure support.

- Ensure high availability and operational stability of automation platforms hosted on AWS VPC.

Data & Visualization :

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for operational reporting and analysis.

- Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization tools.

- Support business stakeholders with infrastructure and operational insights.
