About the Role :

We are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize highly available production environments for next-generation FinTech platforms leveraging AI and Blockchain technologies.

This role involves hands-on ownership of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and real-time production support. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth deployments, system reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI

- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

- Deploy and manage applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and performance of production systems

- Handle production monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis

- Implement DevSecOps best practices to ensure secure infrastructure and pipelines

- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes

- Automate operational tasks including deployments, backups, scaling, and monitoring

- Work closely with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes

- Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, etc.

- Participate in on-call or production support activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering

- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider : AWS / Azure / GCP

- Strong experience in production support for live applications or SaaS platforms

- Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment automation

- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

- Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar

- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks

- Proficiency in Shell/Bash scripting or Python

- Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows

- Exposure to managing enterprise-scale or production-grade systems

Nice to Have :

- Experience working in FinTech, Blockchain, or AI-driven platforms

- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices

- Familiarity with high-traffic, low-latency systems
