- Lead and provide senior-level advisory on cloud strategy, adoption, and transformation initiatives for large enterprises.

- Design comprehensive cloud-led solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, technical requirements, and industry best practices.

- Drive and oversee application modernization initiatives, guiding clients through the transformation of legacy applications to modern cloud-native architectures.

- Partner with clients to understand their industry processes, operating models, and business challenges, specifically in the context of cloud adoption, mergers & divestitures.

- Assess current data structures and availability, and strategize on how cloud capabilities can enable advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

- Oversee and guide cloud delivery teams, ensuring successful execution and realization of business value from cloud investments.

- Act as a subject matter expert, sharing insights, developing whitepapers, and representing the organization in industry forums.

- Experience : 12-18 years of progressive experience in cloud delivery, advisory, and solutioning, specifically in cloud-led business transformation engagements.

- Cloud Certifications : Possess Cloud certification / advanced cloud certification from leading providers (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).

- Application Modernization : Must have extensive experience in Application Modernization strategies and execution.

- Business Acumen : Strong business understanding of various industry processes, including the impact of mergers and divestitures, and operating model evolution post cloud adoption.

- Data & AI Understanding : Familiarity with data structures, data availability assessment, and the principles of AI enablement through cloud platforms.

- Consulting Experience : Proven track record in a consulting or client-facing advisory role.

- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior team members.

- Communication : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Travel : Willingness to travel across PAN India as required for client engagements.
