We are seeking a highly skilled Windows 365 Cloud PC Device Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environment hosted on Microsoft Windows 365. This role demands strong expertise in Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure networking, and Cloud PC lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Windows 365 Administration : Provision, configure, manage, and de-provision Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Manage provisioning policies and maintain a scalable, secure virtual desktop environment.

- Intune Management : Deploy and manage Win32 applications, enforce compliance, and implement configuration policies across Cloud PCs.

- Azure Networking : Create, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Networks (VNets). Work with Azure Network Connections (ANCs) to ensure seamless Cloud PC connectivity.

- Application Management : Package and deploy Win32 applications using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compatibility and compliance.

- Device Compliance & Security : Define and enforce security policies, device compliance standards, and configurations for all Cloud PCs.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Cloud PCs, Intune application deployments, and Azure networking.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor system health, optimize performance, and proactively manage capacity utilization.

- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of system configurations, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional IT and infrastructure teams to support integration, migrations, and escalations.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Expertise :

- Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Microsoft Intune, Cloud PC device administration.

Hands-On Experience :

- Minimum 2+ years managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs.

- Overall 5+ years in IT infrastructure/endpoint management.

Technical Knowledge :

- Win32 application packaging and deployment.

- Azure networking concepts including VNets and ANCs.

- Strong understanding of Windows OS internals, security, and networking principles.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
