Cloud Administrator - AWS/Azure

Job Description :

This role is responsible for successfully executing enterprise-wide Information Security controls and processes that protect the companys data and functions across all business areas, adhering to data protection standards, procedures, regulatory oversight, and technical solutions for the Information Security department. Support program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and approved configuration certification of systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop security architectures for cloud and cloud/hybrid systems.

- Possess a firm understanding of the offerings within Microsoft Azure and other Cloud

Platforms.

- Possess a firm understanding of Finops and billing of Microsoft Azure.

- Based on business requirements, design and implement cloud-native architectures and strategies that will allow those requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk to the

Organization and with appropriate security controls present.

- Evaluate new solutions and develop the supporting elements required to incorporate new technologies safely and securely.

- Represents the Security Platform in developing and implementing the overall global enterprise cloud architecture.

- Develop a center of excellence for Cloud, including security, infrastructure, and domain architects.

- Collaborate to establish multi-cloud cybersecurity architecture focusing on proactive threat detection, security control enforcement, and incident response.

- Leads initiatives designed to share knowledge across Security Platforms and Technology teams.

- Identifies, recommends, coordinates deliver timely knowledge to support teams regarding technologies, processes, or tools.

- Develops and executes strategies to increase Cloud Security knowledge throughout the enterprise.

- Implement industry-leading cloud security standards and best practices across the enterprise.

- Provide leadership and direction in the innovation of cloud security technologies and provide hands-on expertise to solve cloud, hybrid cloud, and general security challenges

- Be passionate in the pursuit of securing Visas data and critical assets

- Collaborate with colleagues in technology departments and the business and product offices to establish effective, productive business relationships.

- Designing Cloud security engineering, including deployment, design, operations, migration,

and security setup.

Your Goals Will Include :

- Meeting and achieving goals for Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and

Operating Level Agreements Increasing the percentage of monitoring detected service

disruptions

- Creating, Defining, Managing, Tracking, and Improving processes to ensure adequate services

are being provided

Attributes/Skills Required :

- 5+ years of experience working with Cloud

- At least 3+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in cloud management such as

infrastructure, architecture design (application and infra), migration, and operations for

enterprise workloads. This includes working expertise with MS Azure/ Amazon Web Services

(AWS) / Google Cloud at scale.

- Experience with the security of architecture and design (design, security controls)

Qualifications & Experience :

- B.Tech/B.E./MCA/MBA/Diploma (IT /Electronics)

- Minimal 5 years in total experience in managing MS Azure/AWS/GC
