Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce automation testing and a solid understanding of Salesforce applications, automation frameworks, and quality assurance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.

- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Support release validation and ensure application stability across Salesforce releases.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of the automation framework and QA processes.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Exposure to Agentforce.

- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and Salesforce release management.

- Knowledge of automation testing best practices and test lifecycle management.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce automation frameworks.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices in Salesforce.

- Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
