ClicFlyer - Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ownership of technology projects from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Manage and mentor software engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.

- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Business teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and data security across all platforms.

- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

- Manage external tech vendors and ensure timely project delivery.

- Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements :

- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in software development and architecture

- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and agile development.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Exposure to analytics, SaaS, or retail tech platforms is a plus.
