Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage network protocols including VPC (Virtual Port Channel), HSRP (Hot Standby Router Protocol), and STP (Spanning Tree Protocol).

- Configure and maintain network device security settings, including UTM and Firewall devices (preferably SonicWall and FortiGate).

- Set up and troubleshoot VPN connections to ensure secure remote access.

- Design and implement network security solutions tailored to customer requirements.

- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.

- Use automation tools for network deployment and configuration management.

- Diagnose and resolve customer-reported network problems or configuration issues within agreed SLAs.

- Conduct technical reviews and maintain accurate network documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

- Evaluate new networking technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network efficiency and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with network devices such as Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and Dell Switches.

- Proficient in configuring and managing VPC, HSRP, STP, and related network protocols.

- Experience with UTM and Firewall configuration and maintenance (SonicWall, FortiGate preferred).

- Skilled in VPN setup and troubleshooting.

- Good understanding of network security principles and best practices.

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and automation for deployments.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to create detailed network design and technical documentation.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to international locations as required.
