Key Responsibilities :


- Lead infrastructure implementation and support for enterprise software deployments.


- Identify and define hardware and software requirements for product implementations.


- Design highly available deployment architectures, including networking, storage, virtualization, and system security.


- Develop and implement network security architectures based on customer requirements.


- Deploy and manage hardware, software, and application monitoring tools for proactive issue detection.


- Utilize automation scripts and tools for system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance.


- Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues, providing root cause analysis and solutions within agreed SLAs.


- Participate in HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) reviews with customers and technical teams.


- Stay updated on emerging infrastructure technologies, tools, and trends.


- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance deployment performance and scalability.


- Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and communication for customers.


- Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and product release trainings across internal teams.


- Support customer audits, compliance checks, and system performance reviews as needed.


Required Skills & Expertise :


- 9- 11 years of proven experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.


- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and security architectures.


- Experience in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform) preferred.


- Hands-on expertise with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Prometheus).


- Proficient in Windows/Linux system administration and troubleshooting.


- Ability to diagnose performance issues, recommend improvements, and implement fixes effectively.


- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.


- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer-handling skills.


- Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment with frequent travel requirements.
