Job Title : Manager - Software Engineering (Big Data)

Location : Bengaluru

Education : Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in Big Data projects, including content ingestion, curation, and transformation.

Technical Skills : Databricks, Apache Spark, Python / Java, Scala, AWS EMR, S3, SQS, Hive, XSLT

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead customer-focused solutions by understanding client needs and delivering tailored strategies.

- Drive innovation through industry trend analysis and creative, user-centric product development.

- Manage a team of 45 engineers, set goals, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.

- Foster collaboration across Solutions Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams.

- Deliver quarterly roadmaps aligned with business objectives and estimate project timelines for timely delivery.

- Communicate policies and processes effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

- Promote team growth and operational excellence through guidance and developmental opportunities
