We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in building advanced Agentic AI systems using the LangChain ecosystem. This is a core backend engineering role focused on designing and developing production-grade, stateful AI agents with memory, reasoning, and tool orchestration capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith, along with a deep understanding of long-term and short-term memory management, state handling, context propagation, and graph-based workflow architecture in AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build end-to-end agentic AI systems using Python

- Develop multi-step, stateful workflows using LangGraph

- Implement long-term and short-term memory management in AI agents

- Design graph-based agent workflows using nodes and edges architecture

- Develop tool-calling agents with controlled execution loops

- Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, and external tools into agent pipelines

- Use LangSmith for tracing, debugging, observability, and evaluation

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of strong Python development experience:

a. LangChain

b. LangGraph

c. LangSmith

- Strong understanding of :

a. Agentic AI systems

b. Long-term and short-term memory management

c. Structured memory and persistence

- Nodes and edges architecture in LangGraph

- Tool orchestration and execution control

- Multi-step reasoning systems

- Strong backend development and debugging skills

- Experience with API integrations

- Good understanding of scalable AI system design

Strongly Preferred :

- Experience designing complex reasoning and autonomous agent systems

- Exposure to modern agent orchestration frameworks

- Experience with observability, evaluation, and monitoring of LLM systems

- Experience optimizing latency and performance in AI workflows

- Knowledge of production deployment and scalable backend architectures

- Ability to independently design and implement complex AI workflows
