Role : Principal Product Engineer (Product Tech Lead)

We're hiring a hands-on Principal Product Engineer to lead the technical architecture of two core products :

- AI Evaluation Platform - evaluating, scoring, and analyzing GenAI systems

- AI Test Execution Platform - running and managing AI-driven test workflows at scale

1. Who We're Hiring :

A senior backend engineer who enjoys owning architecture, building production-grade platforms, and working at the intersection of AI systems and scalable software.

2. Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end backend architecture and system design

- Build and scale APIs, evaluation pipelines, and reporting systems

- Collaborate with ML, AI QA, and Platform/DevOps teams

- Set engineering standards and lead through hands-on execution

3. Key Skills & Experience :

- 8-12+ years of backend engineering experience

- Strong proficiency in Python (Java/Go acceptable)

- Proven track record building scalable, production-ready systems

- Solid understanding of APIs, data modeling, and system scalability

- Bonus : experience with AI/GenAI, platforms, cloud-native systems, or startups
