Role overview :

We are seeking an experienced CrowdStrike Falcon Cyber Security Lead to lead endpoint security operations, threat detection, and incident response initiatives. This role involves hands-on expertise with CrowdStrike Falcon, along with team leadership responsibilities, to ensure proactive threat mitigation and effective vulnerability remediation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in EDR technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing a team of security professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and analyze Falcon alerts, dashboards, and threat intel

- Investigate threats using Falcon EDR capabilities

- Perform triage, root cause analysis, and incident response

- Identify IOCs, adversary behavior, and MITRE ATT&CK techniques

- Ensure sensor health, coverage, and policy tuning

- Lead weekly stakeholder updates on remediation progress

- Collaborate with SOC/IT teams for containment and resolution

- Manage and mentor a team of 5 members

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon (EDR, NGAV, Threat Intel)

- Strong knowledge of endpoint security & malware analysis

- Experience in threat hunting and incident response

- Familiarity with Windows/Linux internals & forensics

- Strong communication & reporting skills

Preferred :

- CrowdStrike certifications (CCFA, CCFR)

- Experience with SIEM/SOAR, Python/PowerShell

- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP

- Knowledge of Nexthink
