Responsibilities :
Job Description :
- Assist Business Analyst with creation of the Process Definition Document (PDD).
- Collaborate with the RPA Solution Architect to build the to-be process architecture, including architecture considerations such as : UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework (ReFramework), Orchestrator queues/assets, Workflow (.xaml) structure, Dispatcher/Performer packages, and Error Handling.
- Use Process Definition Document (PDD) and architecture requirements to build the automation in UiPath Studio per defined coding standards.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure PDD/architecture requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the RPA Business Analyst to create the Test Plan/Test Report.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client.
- Implement any bug fixes stemming from UAT.
- Transition automation packages from development to production environment.
- Document automation process and architecture in a Run Book (user-friendly combination of a Solution Design Document (SDD) and Design Specification Document (DSD).
- Closely monitor automation performance and provide bug fixes.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years delivering production data solutions, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
- A valid UiPath certification as an Associate Automation Developer or Automation Developer Professional is preferred, reflecting the candidates proficiency in automation development.
- Strong software development skills with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms, with hands-on experience in languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python, to effectively design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Proven experience with the RPA lifecycle, including process analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production bots.
