About the Role :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement Power Pages portals to enhance customer and partner engagement.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.
- Define and execute CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide solution design oversight, enforce best practices, and mentor delivery teams.
- Drive integration strategies with Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Ensure solution compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards.
Qualifications & Skills :
- 8+ years of proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service, Sales, and related modules).
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure integrations, and solution architecture.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading solution design and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and CRM best practices.
