Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications tailored to the specific requirements of internal stakeholders.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants and stakeholders, to build robust and efficient ERP solutions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

- Develop custom modules, features, and enhancements within the ERPNext platform using Frappe framework.

- Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and other systems to optimize data flow and business processes.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to maintain solution stability and reliability.

- Maintain detailed technical documentation including code comments, technical specifications, and

deployment guides.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, consultants, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and ERPNext platform advancements to drive continuous improvements and optimizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 to 10 years of professional experience as a Frappe Developer with hands-on experience in ERPNext customization.

- Strong proficiency in Frappe framework development.

- Expertise in front-end technologies : JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience working in ERPNext implementation or support projects.

- Familiarity with Python and backend Frappe framework development.

- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
