Technical Support Analyst / Team Lead - Pune

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our Technology Support team in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience working in enterprise environments, and expertise across cloud, infrastructure, and application support technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for business-critical applications and infrastructure.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of applications and services.

- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents and problems.

- Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities through ServiceNow.

- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.

- Automate operational tasks and improve support processes wherever possible.

- Support cloud-hosted and containerized environments.

- Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence (for Team Lead role).

Tech Stack :

- Java, Microsoft Azure, Linux/Unix Administration, SQL, ServiceNow, ITIL Framework, Docker, Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Experience in Production/Application Support environments.

- Familiarity with Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
