Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct manual testing of Salesforce Health Cloud applications and configurations to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

- Collaborate with development and functional teams to review business requirements and translate them into test cases and system enhancements.

- Leverage Omnistudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to customize and extend Health Cloud solutions.

- Execute workflows, implement customizations, and support daily administration tasks across Salesforce environments.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Health Cloud features and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, configuration, and user experience.

- Contribute to process improvements and documentation related to Salesforce Health Cloud deployments.

Required Qualifications :

- Salesforce Admin Certification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and support.

- Hands-on expertise with Omnistudio tools.

- Strong background in manual testing (automation testing experience is a bonus).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, etc.)

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds or AppExchange solutions
