CitiusTech - Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare Domain

Description :

- Develop a deep understanding of the clients pharma/healthcare distribution and med-tech ecosystem.

- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, data flows, and system interactions.

- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work with client SMEs, IT teams, vendors, and internal delivery teams for requirement gathering and validation.

- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and solution discussions with senior stakeholders.

- Serve as a trusted advisor by applying strong domain and contextual knowledge.

Healthcare & Pharma Domain Focus :

Apply knowledge across :

- Pharmaceutical & healthcare distribution models

- Medical devices / Med?tech operations

- Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, pricing, chargebacks, compliance

- Understanding of key US regulations : FDA, DEA, DSCSA, HIPAA (as applicable)

Solution & Delivery Support :

- Validate solution design to ensure business fit.

- Collaborate with integration, EDI, data, and application teams for correct implementation.

- Support functional testing, UAT, and validation cycles.

- Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities early.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement :

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.

- Identify opportunities for simplification, optimization, and automation.

- Support change management and business readiness activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise :

- Strong experience in US Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical Devices.

- Ability to navigate large distributors and healthcare ecosystem processes.

- Solid understanding of supply chain & distribution models in healthcare.

Business Analysis Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of BA experience in enterprise environments.

- Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.

- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

- Strong facilitation & presentation capability.

- Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to EDI, integrations, ERP systems in healthcare settings.

- Experience in data/analytics/reporting in pharma or healthcare.

- Consulting or client-facing background.
