Position : Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience : 7+ years

Responsibilities :

1. Should have led the program, extremely good with client communication and stakeholder management.

2. Responsible for the development of new and enhancements of existing SFDC Platform and Force. Com cloud-based applications, including systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance.

3. Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions

4. Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background

5. Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools and developing custom integration solutions

6. Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement

7. Design, implement and support features for the Salesforce Communities & Knowledge

Requirements :

1. 8+ years of experience in a corporate technology environment developing SFDC technology programs is required.

2. Design and develop custom applications using Salesforce OmniStudio. Design custom applications using Salesforce OmniStudio's drag-and-drop interface. Develop custom components, pages, and flows using OmniStudio's low-code features. Write Apex code to integrate with Salesforce's API and other systems.

3. Experience developing solutions using Provider Network Management (PNM) on Health Cloud is a good to have.

4. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Design techniques and methodologies including development tools, quality assurance/control.

5. Extensive Salesforce development experience that includes Health Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Apex Programming, Lightning experience, Controllers, Triggers, APIs

6. 3 years of experience functioning Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise edition or higher Solid understanding of system architecture and system design (SFDC /CRM and Force.com) is required.

7. Experience in integrating enterprise applications with other API enabled Business Systems (i.e., Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Jira, Microsoft Office 365, Eloqua/ other marketing solutions etc.), is considered to be a plus VisualForce and Sites page development.

8. Experience with technologies integral to Salesforce.com including : HTML/XHTML, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Apex, SOQL and Triggers.

9. Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to the production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.

10. Salesforce.com Communities, Partner/Customer Portal implementation, Knowledge Base Experience with Salesforce.com security model and sharing rules.

11. Experience in troubleshooting and working with end-users to ensure that applications meet theirs.

12. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality.

13. Ability to think through multiple solutions to a problem set and look ahead for possible conflicts.

14. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Certifications and nice to haves

15. In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding of the business processes (Client Support, Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, etc.).

Certifications and Mandatory Skills :

1. Salesforce Development exp : 5+ years | Salesforce lightening exp : 2+ years

2. Salesforce Service Cloud Certification

3. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

4. Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification

5. Experience working on at major project on Provider Network Management on Health Cloud using lightning development, custom controls, and web components

6. Experience working on end-to-end implementation engagements on Health Cloud, including deep understanding of different Health Cloud Data Models and add-on features

Important Skillset :

We are seeking candidates with hands- on expertise in Salesforce, specifically in Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integration. The ideal candidate should also possess basic understanding of Health Cloud, with particular emphasis on Provider concepts, Person and Business accounts. In addition to technical proficiency, the role requires excellent communication skills for effective participation in client- facing discussions and stakeholder meetings.
