About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Analyst (L3) with 69 years of experience in performance testing to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end performance testing activities, identifying application bottlenecks, analyzing system behavior under load, and ensuring optimal application performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad or equivalent performance testing tools.

- Create and maintain Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) documents.

- Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for web and service-based applications.

- Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks.

- Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to improve application performance.

- Support performance engineering activities throughout the SDLC.

- Provide regular status updates and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills:

- 69 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.

- Strong understanding of web application performance testing concepts.

- Experience with at least one performance testing tool (NeoLoad preferred).

- Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar.

- Strong expertise in end-to-end performance testing lifecycle.

- Experience in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and report generation.

- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and distributed applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies.

Good to Have:

- Experience with NeoLoad and Dynatrace.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to US Healthcare domain.

- Awareness of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and Responsible AI concepts.
